Going anywhere from Lander, WY is always an endeavor. I left my home at 8am on a Friday, and after a five hour drive and three flights later, I arrived in Fairbanks, AK at 2am the next day. Sporadic bouts of warm weather during a Wyoming spring can give one itchy feet after a long winter of staring out frosty windows. Over the winter months, we find ourselves splitting our time between being on the road and cooped up in the office. The cure for our itchy feet – a turkey hunt just outside the town of Hulett, the turkey capital of Wyoming.
