If you are a full-time, licensed outfitter or guide, you may be eligible to join. To apply, please fill out the form below and upload one of the following documents:

1. Current Outfitter License (valid for the current year)
2. Proof of current Liability Insurance
3. Recent paystub or check from a licensed outfitter (within the last 30 days)
4. Official letter of employment from a licensed outfitter
5. Standard tax documentation (1099 or W2)
